MSU FALL INVITATIONAL

SOCCER TOURNAMENT

October 20-22, 2006

Murray-Calloway County Soccer Association; Murray State University; and the City of Murray, Kentucky, are pleased to invite your team to participate in the 12th Annual MSU Fall Invitational Soccer Tournament to be held October 20-22, 2006 in Murray, KY.

This is a USYSA tournament sanctioned through the Kentucky Youth Soccer Association. All teams must be in good standing with their state associations. Player passes, state-approved rosters, permission-to-travel forms (out-of-state teams only) and notarized medical release forms will be required for all teams. Up to three USYSA registered guest players may be added to a team roster.

The entry fee is $325 for U-9/U-10 teams, $365 for U11/U12 8v8, and $395 for all 11v11 in all other age groups, with each team guaranteed a minimum of three games. The tournament is open to all teams of boys and girls in age groups U-9 through U-19. Single-year age groups will be included where the number of teams playing permits; otherwise, the committee reserves the right to combine age groups by dual-year brackets. All participants will receive a tournament gift, i.e. patch, bag tag, etc. Participation awards will be given to all U-9 and U-10 players and individual awards will be given to first- and second-place finishers in all divisions, U11 – U14. Team trophies will be awarded for first- and second-place finishers in U11 –U14 divisions. The tournament committee reserves the right to shorten or cancel games due to inclement weather. Once a team is accepted into the tournament the entry fee is nonrefundable.

Please return the application with your entry fee postmarked by September 15, 2006. Roster changes can be made up to the time of check-in, but only players who are on the roster and approved at the check-in will be allowed to participate.
